I had an ectopic pregnancy in Jan 2011 and had to have my right tube removed.?

i have been trying to conceive since then but it's just not happening. i got an ovulation predictor kit, Basal thermometers just to help me in the process. All that doesn't seem to be working. My doctor reckoned then that my other tube is fine. but for goodness sakes the wait is so frustrating when u wish for something badly. are there any good news stories out there or is it over for me? should i be doing any thing differently to aid me in this process? pls help!!!!
