I have bubbles forming around the edges of my aquarium?

It's a 10 gallon tank and I've had it running for almost a week with no fish in it, The water is tested to be fine...There are little bitty bubbles around the edges and around the thermometer & filter? What does this mean? ALSO I have a filter that is rated to circulate 100 gallons an hour, but it came with my tank--Will it disturb my fish when i put them in (2 guppies & 3 zebra danios)
