Tree frog terrarium setup help?

I just got a gold tree frog and I want to know what the tank should be set up as. it has water in it (about 4-5inches) and two rocks sticking out of the water. I am soon going to buy a frog terrarium starter kit with the right type of lights, a hygromometer(?), thermometer, a water pump, etc. I also have a tadpole in it that is getting legs. any other information about tadpoles or tree frogs would be helpful. thanks.
