Dog question? multiple symptoms may or may not be related.?

i notices my dog has been itching a alot, i checked her for fleas and ticks but she has neither. she keeps coming up with bumps on her that look like they have blisters on them. she's been warm to touch for the past 3 days but i havent taken her temp. (need to get another thermometer first) and she has thrown up once. these bumps have been keep popping up for almost a week. a few on her head has come open. i noticed clear liquid and blood on the top and around them. Any idea what it could be? could it be fever blisters?
