Is their anything i can say to At&t To Return my iPhone 3gs, And get a diffrent phone?

I Need a Legit Answer. Like a For sure i will get to choose another phone Answer. I just dont like it Its been 2 months since ive had it. Im just not an iphone kind of person. The phone is in perfect condition. no scratches or anything ive had it in my otter box since the day i got it. Please Help me out!
